Obituary of Frederick J. Mallett

Frederick J. Mallett passed away on December 14, 2017 at 80 years old. Frederick was the son of the late Evelyn (nee Weber) and Leonard Mallett. Frederick was the dear brother of Leonard (Roseann) Mallett. He was the ex-husband of the late Patricia (nee Barago) Mallett. Frederick was the loving father of Noreen (Robert) Maloney, Andrew Mallett, Laurie (Terence) Tobin, Frederick (Christine) Mallett, Patricia Reilly, and Maureen (Frank) West. He was the cherished grandpa of Chelsea Maloney, Erin Maloney, Kristin Perucki, Andrew Mallett, Natalie Tobin, Timothy Tobin, Nicholas Tobin, Owen Tobin, Norah Mallett, Timothy Mallett, Kate Mallett, Kelly Reilly, and Lauren Reilly - and great grandpa to Harley Rose Perucki. Frederick was the beloved companion of Carol Marciano.

Frederick was a proud detective for the New York City Police Department and a veteran of the United States Navy.


The visitation for Frederick will be held at Marine Park Funeral Home on Friday December 15, 2017 from 2:00 - 5:00 PM & 7:00 - 9:00 PM. The Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday December 16, 2017 at 9:45 AM, the family will be meeting at the funeral home by 8:45 AM. The cremation will be private.
