Obituary of Katheline J. Chang

Katheline J. Chang died peacefully on May 3, 2017 surrounded by her family. 

She was born January 15, 1929 in Inchon; South Korea.  Katheline's strong will and life determination is what allowed her to live independantly to the age of 88.  Those that know her best will remember her for her kind smile, her loving warmth,her wonderful sense of humor, her engaging conversation and her devotion to her family. Katheline had a unique skill when it came to Grand Ball Room Dancing, and teaching English to Korean seniors. Additionally, she was a true fashionista always dressed to the nine's with her hair and makeup perfectly done. Most of all she was a dedicated  homemaker to her beloved family. 

Survivors include her daughters Anne Bang, Eileen Tomaselli along with her husband Robert and her son John Chang along with his wife Hyunok.  Katheline has been reunited with her late husband Peter & son Noel.  Beloved grandmother of Michelle Wong, Eric Bang, Olivia Tomaselli, Erica Bang MD, and Taylor Chang.  Dear great grandmother of Elliot & Amber Wong and Sloane Clarine Klauer.

Reposing Friday from 2 to 5 & 7 to 9:00PM.  Funeral Procession will from Saturday 9:15 AM from The Marine Park Funeral Home.  A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 9:45 AM at Good Shepherd R.C. Church. Interment will immediatley follow in the Family Plot at Pinelawn Memorial Park, Long Island.  Please see Service Tab for exact locations, addresses and direcctions.
