Obituary of Michael J. Ferrante

Michael J. Ferrante, 86, of Brooklyn passed away on Monday, March 27, 2017. Mr. Ferrante was born January 27, 1931 in Brooklyn, NY. He is the son of the late Domenico and the late Mary (Anoli) Ferrante. Michael valiantly served our country in the army during the Korean war. Survived by his children, Jerome Michael Ferrante and Maryann Lasasso. Loving grandfather of Michael, Jason, Raymond, Joseph, Stephanie, Nicole, Christopher and Angela. Beloved great grandfather of Gabriella, Michael, Jayden, Kiara, Mia, Simran, Isabella and Jameson. Reposing Wednesday, March 29 from 2 to 5 PM and 7 to 9 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:30 am on Thursday, March 30 at Resurrection R.C. Church, Brooklyn, NY. Interment to follow at St Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale where Michael will be laid to rest with his late wife, Rose Ferrante. Please see SERVICE INFORMATION for details and directions.
