Mary Teresa Teehan Smith died peacefully on February 18, 2017. She was the daughter of James And Elizabeth (Cleary) Teehan. Loving and devoted mother of Mary Beth Cook, (Raymond), Kathleen Imhoff (Robert), Therese Burch (James) and Joseph Smith (Kathleen). Cherished grandmother of Katrina Cook, Joseph Cook, Therese Cook, Gabrielle Cook, Robert Hudson Imhoff, Olivia Imhoff, Jessica Boink, Leigh Scott, Daniel Smith, Andrew Smith and Matthew Smith. Dear great grandmother of Ava, Christian, Parker, Madelyn, Louis and Nathan. Teresa was very proud of her Brooklyn Irish Catholic roots and attended the St. Patrick's Day Parade annually. She loved her family, friends and all things Irish. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her. The Smith family will accept relative and friends on Monday February 20, 2017 at the funeral home from 2:00 - 8:00 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday February 21, 2017 at St. Francis de Sales Roman Catholic Church at 9:45 AM in Belle Harbor, NY.
