Obituary of Sean M. Ryan

Sean M. Ryan passed away on Sunday July 17, 2016. He is the beloved son of James and Dolores Ryan. Sean was the adored brother of Shannon and Allison Ryan. He was the cherished grandchild of Aileen Ryan. He was a dear nephew, cousin, and friend to many. Sean has been a member of the community since the Ryan Family moved to Gerritsen Beach in 2007. Sean was a 2016 graduate of Xaverian High School, who planned on attending Iona College’s Class of 2020 as a Journalism major. He had a passion for all types of sports, especially his favorite football team the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. The visitation for Sean will be held at Marine Park Funeral Home on Thursday July 21, 2016 from 2:00 - 5:00 PM and 7:00 - 9:00 PM. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Marks Roman Catholic Church at 11:00 AM on Friday July 22, 2016; the family will be meeting at the funeral home at 10:00 AM. Following the Funeral Mass, the Committal Service will be held for Sean at St. John Cemetery.
